This club has possibly the best line up of coaches in the area who will support you and push you to your targets, whether that’s winning titles or just keeping fit while learning how to defend yourself. As workouts go, you’d be hard-pressed to find a gym that will exercise your full body as thoroughly as legends mma.whether you’re looking to build muscle, increase your stamina, lose fat or simply get a little bit fitter. legends mma does it all.you’ll find incredibly intense classes taught with vigor and expertise by team of expertsI personally can attest to this. After just a few sessions with Faisal my fitness improved 10-fold.. not only does Faisal train you physically but also builds your will power and mental strength.If you want to learn a combat sport and improve your iq, this is the place to be.Also a great place for your little ones to join. Teach them a discipline at a young age and they will hold it for a life time.

By far the best gym in Luton!!. Faisel is a great lad always engaging within the private sessions. I was also very keen to join the Muay Thai classes which started last Monday. These were epic as Faisel has concentrated brining in trainers with experience and trainers who have made some great fighters.
